The Rand Show 2015
South Africa’s favourite consumer event is back this year to deliver another iconic show and continue enriching its heritage.
A truly iconic South African brand, the Rand Show has been part of the fabric of the lives of many generations of South Africans, making memories for over 120 years. 2015 will be the JEC’s 30th turn at hosting this event. “In over three decades, we have watched in awe at how this show has evolved over time,” says Newman. “Last year, the Rand Show was 120 years old so we needed to ensure that it was an occasion to remember. Although it has been around for more than a century, it continues to grow in popularity and we look forward to yet another successful show this year,” he says.
The largest event of its kind on the continent, the Rand Show enjoys the support of some of South Africa’s largest and most prestigious companies. These organisations make the Rand Show an essential part of their marketing and communication strategies because it consistently provides valuable exposure, creative promotional opportunities and direct engagement with the largest audience available at any community event in the country.
This year, the Rand Show will be a 10 day event held from 3-12 April 2015 at the JEC, showcasing products from home furnishings, fashion and wellness to gardening, sport and outdoor adventure. “We always do our best to ensure that the show is held in an area that best meets the client’s needs.
